Inspired by F1 racing, Gresso, the Russian manufacturer of luxury mobile phones, has announced the release of a new collection dubbed Gresso Grand Monaco. It’s made from such materials as “titanium superalloy”, high-tech ceramic and carbon — all which are borrowed from Formula 1 cars. New Sony Ericsson Fashion Phone unveiled called XPERIA Pureness

Sony Ericsson has unveiled the XPERIA Pureness. Instead of the XPERIA X2 smartphone’s features, it focuses the design on “talk, text, time.” Featuring a transparent, monochrome display, The XPERIA Pureness looks beautiful as a fashion phone. Its only added feature is music playback locally or on FM. No word on more details but it will will support quad-band GSM/EDGE networks, Bluetooth, and camera. Sony Ericsson XPERIA Pureness will ship in November 2009.

Kemplar & Strauss’ W Phone – the world’s smallest watch phone

You’re probably already aware of the LG GD910 and Samsung S9110 watch phones, and What’s now? Kempler & Strauss has launched a watchphone called the W Phone which is claimed as the smallest watch phone.

The GSM phone features a touchscreen, microSD (with 4 GB internal storage), MP3 player, Bluetooth connectivity, built-in camera with video record, and pre-installed games. Inside the box, the W phone will also come with the Communicator Bluetooth headset.

The W Phone from Kemplar & Strauss will be able for $199, unlocked.

HTC HD2 aka HTC Leo – First Windows Phone with HTC Sense unveiled

HTC has unveiled the HTC HD2, the first Windows phone with HTC Sense. With the HTC Sense experience, the HTC HD2 includes a variety of enhancements that expand and improve the overall phone experience. The HD2 includes a variety of sensors including a proximity sensor that is used to prevent false screen touches when the phone is picked up to answer or make a call. A light sensor automatically adjusts the brightness of the display.

HTC HD2 is the first HTC smartphone to take advantage of the powerful Qualcomm 1Ghz Snapdragon chipset. The smartphone also comes with Windows Mobile 6.5, a 4.3-inch high-resolution capacitive touch display, 5 megapixel camera, 3G, WiFi, GPS, Bluetooth 2.0, microSD slot, FM radio and a digital compass. HTC has also included a new Windows-based version of its Twitter application, HTC Peep.

HTC HD2 will be available later this month with selected operators across Europe, before rolling out to other regions in the coming months.
